Designer Profile: Justina Blakeney

Feb 4, 2020 | Interior Style, See+Hear+Heart | 0 comments

Justina Blakeney is a design forerunner of the Bohemian vibe and the gorgeous face of her global lifestyle brand, Jungalow®. Her brand is eclectic, colorful and bodacious and infused with lots of natural greenery. She design collections that include art, area rugs, wallpaper, tile, pillows, bedding, stationery, travel, kids, accessories and textiles. In a nutshell, Justina designs for all of the senses.

She attributes her California upbringing and multi-ethnic ancestry (African-American, Native American and Eastern European Jewish) to defining her style. She also infuses nature into her work since it is a primary source of her inspiration. As a New York Times bestselling author, she generously shares her projects and ideas in both of her books; The New Bohemians: Cool and Collected Homes (2015) and The New Bohemians: Come Home to Good Vibes (2017).

Justina is a down-to-earth and uber talented design authority that will surely continue to expand her visual voice. If her vibe speaks to yours, buy her collections on her site, Jungalow.com, as well as at retailers like Anthropologie, Living Spaces, Target, Pottery Barn, Home Depot and more.
